Oh well, the rumors that Jennifer Hudson is pregnant with her second child are reportedly false, according to a spokesperson. The idea of Hudson being pregnant so soon as having giving birth to her and David Otunga’s first child just four months ago was exciting while it lasted. Alas, Jennifer Hudson is not pregnant after all.
“Contrary to what has been falsely reported, Jennifer Hudson is not pregnant,” representative Lisa Kasteler told People magazine. “Jennifer leaves in April for South Africa where she will portray Winnie Mandela in the feature film, Winnie.”
“It is a commitment she is excited about and takes very seriously,” the rep adds. “Jennifer is currently in the studio recording her second album and this is the only delivery she is looking forward to in 2010.”
The Chicago Sun Times is reporting that Jennifer Hudson and her sister are apparently split over the decision to sell the Englewood house on South Yale where her mother and brother were brutally murdered last year, and that workers have been making repairs on the house, according to a neighbor. The National Enquirer is reporting that Hudson wants to sell the property on South Yale, but her sister Julia Hudson isn’t ready to move on.
“Jennifer still breaks down at the thought of her mother being shot and dying on the living room floor,” a source told the Enquirer. “But Julia has told Jennifer that she has nothing left and no one left in her life to hold on to, and she’s just not ready to let go of the house.”
